Preparing your home for sale
Decluttering and reorganizing furniture to highlight potential of your home to buyers. Overseeing house cleaners and minor repairs. This can be done before or after you select a realtor. We have worked with some amazing realtors and will gladly make a recommendation.
Move Management
Purchasing appropriate packing materials, packing, unpacking. Selection and oversight of movers. Furniture assembly and placement. Hanging pictures and mounting TVs. Removal and recycling of packing materials. Recommendations on storage solutions.
Estates
We work with executors and family members to extract as much value from treasured belongings as possible and to prepare the home for sale in a timely manner. Appropriate documentation and updates are provided.
